Urban Land

Wide land to urbanize inserted in an area of Filling and Expansion, with a total area of 25.120m2. The land is located on a slope with some slope, with good accessibility and good sun exposure, in an area of expansion of the city, already equipped with commercial infrastructure as well as sports and leisure facilities in the vicinity
